KC HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC. is focused on providing high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Our purpose is to provide in-home services for people whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living. Personal Assistance Services can be provided as a private pay service, insurance covered service, or through the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) Primary Home Care Program.
Our Scope of Services include escort, home management, and personal care.
***The Primary Home Care Program that is administered by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services consists of 3 types of Personal Assistance services:
• Family Care (FC) Services – non-skilled, non-technical attendant care services available to eligible adults who are functionally limited in performing activities of daily living. Services are provided by an Attendant. Services include home management and personal care.
Services are authorized by the DADS case manager.

• Primary Home Care (PHC) Services – non-technical, medically related personal care available to eligible adults and children whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited (permanently disabled) in performing activities of daily living according to a practitioner’s statement of medical need. Services are provided by an Attendant. Services include escort, home management, and must include at least 1 personal care task.
Services are authorized by the DADS case manager.

• Community Attendant (CAS) Services – non-technical, medically related personal care available to adults and children whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living according to a practitioner’s statement of medical need. Services are provided by an Attendant. Services include escort, home management, and must include at least 1 personal care task.
Services are authorized and reauthorized annually by the Regional Nurse.
